Out of control? – blame Toyota

Police Magazine reports on a story of a run-away Prius in San Diego.

Fortunately it had a happy ending and thankfully it happened on a highway. When the car decided to accelerate to 90mph, the driver relaized it was time to call the Police. The results could have been deadly had it sped up in a school zone.

That driver must really be counting his blessings. Not only did he get the car stopped without any damage or injury, but he got to drive 90mph in front of a Police Officer and not get a ticket!
